Wholesaling Empty Lots
I had a man call me today who is moving out of the country. He has an empty acre and a half lot in a high end neighborhood. 800k+ He seems extremely motivated. Are vacant lots easy to wholesale or should I walk?
Tax appraisal website says it's worth $84k. We got down to $60k in our discussion but I think he will go lower.
