Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Minneapolis.

Purchase price: $315,000
Cash invested: $3,000

Bought this duplex 2 years ago to stop paying rent. I have positive cash flow and only experienced 1 month of vacancy since purchasing. 10/10 would recommend! Looking for my next one now.
