What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I have wanted to get into this for years and it was finally the right time.

Found it on Zillow and used a realtor to make it happen

Conventional loan

How did you add value to the deal?

This is yet to be determined but the current plan is new windows and fix the porches.
