Apartment Development Feasibility Study - Ready to Start!
I am a General Contractor and Developer in Central Arkansas. I have land under contract, site plan complete, entitlements complete, and underwriting complete. I am ready to hire the architect to begin the building design. We will have 72 units...3 buildings of 24 units each. As it is our first apartment complex development, I would like to hire someone to do a feasibility study as a sanity check on our numbers. Do you have a recommendation? Thank you!
