Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Portland.

Purchase price: $229,000
Cash invested: $3,500
Sale price: $290,000

Did a quick flip on this property in NW Portland OR.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wanted to make some quick cash.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found it on craigslist as a lease option. Negotiated with the owner to sell the property at the purchase price based on the repairs needed at the time.

How did you add value to the deal?

Did the repairs needed to property myself.

What was the outcome?

Made some money.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I would have done it all the same. It was an easy quick flip.
