Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $170,500
Cash invested: $20,000

This is a primary residence turned rental after moving out of the area; a strategy that I hope to continue over and over again with long term buy and hold. The cash flow on this property is low but was expected when I refinanced a few years ago in order to pay down the loan much quicker. This fits with my personal goals to have at least one property fully paid off in time for retirement as well as equity for short term financing of my future real estate deals.
