West Seattle Horror Story

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Seattle.

Purchase price: $450,000
Cash invested: $170,000
Sale price: $700,000

2nd fix and flip ever purchased, 5th fix and flip ever sold, but the 1st flip my investor and I lost over $60,000.00. Ask me what not to do on your next fix and flip so you don't go through the same!

How did you finance this deal?

Hard Money

@Joshua Walden

Sorry to hear it didn't work out as planned. Where do you think things went wrong? What are some of the things you would have done differently?

I learned some great lessons from some of my toughest losses in other areas of investing. Best of luck moving forward.
