Help with CapEx Calculation

Hey guys,

I'm having trouble with creating a formula for CapEx that takes the growth rate, lifespan, and age into account in the right way in order to return the correct value for the total CapEx for the project term of 27 years (as shown in screenshot below).

If anyone could shed some light on what this formula should like I would greatly appreciate it. I'm stumped!
