Canby OR. Phase two of 90 home project underway

Broke ground on Phase 2 of our 90 unit project Phase 1 is 95% built out and sold in first year.. price points 550k to 750k 2000 sq ft to 3000 sq ft and what we call semi custom. Like most markets there is a total lack of inventory in checking MLS yesterday there was exactly ONE new build on the market in the entire city of 25,000 folks.. We no longer will pre sell we will put these on the market when they are past sheet rock. Pre sales are very tough from the ground up with customer expectations.
