[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
View report I am new, so I am not to to sure the numbers are correct as for the ARV. just wanted to know if i am in the ballpark in understanding of the calculator for a possible BRRRR rental. Thank you

Got it. I would have an agent verify comps and go for it. Have an inspection contingency so you can verify bids and do the due diligence.
