First Duplex Deal - Texas

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.
We closed on this duplex during April of last year (in the middle of covid!!) and both units were occupied at the time. We had one side move out during the fall of last year and we gutted the unit, remodeled, and are now house hacking in one side of the duplex.
