DFW And Foundation Repair

For those of you who have done some rentals and or flips in the DFW area, what would you consider "normal settling" to the point that you wouldn't budget much if any for foundation repair?

Would you consider a property with cracks above the door frames "normal" settling? Would you likely even fix the foundation in such a case?

The reason I ask, I was visiting a property this weekend constructed in the early 1950s on pier and beam. With houses with bad foundation if you walk diagonally across the room you can usually feel the incline if the foundation is bad. It had some stress cracks on the corners above several of the doors frames inside the house but thats about it really.

Thanks everyone
