First Analysis! [Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
So this is my first report run using the rental calculator analyzing a multifamily property in my area that I feel would be a good deal. This is an awesome community that I would love your help to see if I scrubbed the information correctly. I didn't have good insight on the water/sewage or garbage for expenses. So any advice or direction on how I could better find the information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
