The budget of 105k I have shown includes purchase price, rehab & furnishings as this is an Airbnb property. Essentially all new vinyl flooring, moldings replaced throughout, paint entire space and upgrades to kitchen & baths. There are some before and after, or progress of, photos on my IG @tomridis.
