Purchase price: $65,000
Cash invested: $140,000
Sale price: $305,000

This was a distressed single family home listed on the MLS. Upon the initial walkthrough, we identified major structural damage throughout the property. After successful negotiation, we purchased this property and quickly began to work on restoring this property. We enhanced the layout of the first floor, creating an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining room. The exterior was completely redone with new vinyl siding, new roof, landscaping, and a asphalt driveway was installed.
