Purchased a single family rambler style home in Annandale, VA. Live-in flip for the upstairs for about two months. After fixing the upstairs ourselves and with family, hired a contractor to renovate the basement. Currently househacking with tenants in the basement covering 80% of the mortgage. Will rent out the top rooms when another good househack deal comes along and cashflow.
