We took a cash out refinance/HELOC on our primary residence and purchased land that had 3 mobile homes on it. We fixed them up, and added 4 more. 6 out of 7 are fully rented and we'll remove one of the very old MH and replace it with something else. Cash flow is fantastic, and with the recent sale of our home - we now own this free and clear.
