What is my first step?
I am an 18 year old studying Physical Therapy and playing football at a local d2 school where I live. My dad has been successful in real estate and I really want to do it. My heart is not in not in football and I really want to be wealthy by the time I am in my 30's. I really want to try it out and see if my heart is in real estate before I spend all this money for college. Do you have any advice on taking my first step?
