Texas Air Bnb owners
Hello everyone, I am a new real estate Agent / Investor in the Amarillo, Texas area!
I am looking into purchasing a property with the goal of renting it out on Air Bnb. However, I would like to hear some experiences anyone may have as well as tips on what to look for on candidate properties. I'm interested in all experience not just in my area. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
