How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
This deal was found as it was a condo being passed down from my grandparents to my parents. I pitched to them how I run this as a short term rental when we are not using it to cover expenses and allow to make a profit. They allowed me to partner on the property with them and split profits for my work of running and operating the STR listings.
