Full remodel. Lifted the 1840's Farmhouse and poured a new foundation, Added a master bathroom and a designer kitchen.

self financed, except $50K from Hard lender

How did you add value to the deal?

Added a brand new basement, added a 600sq ft master bathroom using attic space, added a eat in dinning room where the old stairs went to the attic approx 78sq ft.

What was the outcome?

over 100K profit
