Spokane STR entire apartment building

Well I went for it. Turned my new 11 unit into 100% short term. I'll give updates on how it's going.

What services are you adverting on? Using 1st party or 3rd party property management? I have about 5 STS units across the portfolio but have decided not to convert any entire building yet. 

I'm running around 20 STS around town at the moment and they perform about twice as well as my other long term apartments and houses. I'm on airbnb, and vrbo and I use 1st party property management company to handle everything.
