Need help with a For Closure im potentially going to purchase!
Hello, quick question! I came across an off market deal which is very close to being in for closure. Im trying to make a deal with the owner before it goes into for closure. Is there any negotiating on what's owed with the or will I have to pay all thats owed? Thank you
