Appraised value went up 60% in Williamson county (Round Rock)

Hi all,

One of my rental valuation by Williamson county went up almost 60% compared to 2021 value. Does any of you have any suggestion on how to deal with it?

Could it be because I protested last year on 16% increase (with no luck via HomeTaxShield)?
