Does anyone have thoughts on if this bubble is going to crash? Seems like houses are being bought and sold left and right.

Devil's advocate: Who says it's a bubble?

I doubt it. There is a burst of activity brought on a by a few things: people have more money as they are spending less due to covid and interest rates are going up, so people are buying now. Add to that spring is normally a busier time with buying and selling.

Houses have been bought and sold left and right since 2011. This is not a good indication of a bubble. Rising interest rates might cool of demand some, but that won't help out with supply. Maybe things will normalize some, but a crash doesn't seem likely.
