I need to serve a 30 days notice to 2 tenants in a medium term rental with 4 tenants under the lease. Not sure the legality of lease and need to get it reviewed before I proceed. I was in the process of doing one lease and having one guy sublease to the other 3 tenants but I did not get around to it in time. The tenants are unhappy over the rental terms but unwilling to leave on their own accord.
