A fight against investing in Ohio

What is your perspective on these investors, the response by the communities and politicians?

Side note: this is why I tell people not to finance a mobile home and put it on leased land.  One man said he could by a house and pay less for it than what he pays to be in the MHP. Can't help but wonder why they didn't do just that aside from down payment challenges.

The Ohio Real Estate Investors Association is keeping a watchful eye on this and is actively campaigning against it.  Don't just sit back and say 'this can never pass' and disregard it.  We must stay diligent against this kind of law and this kind of thinking to prevent it from eventually working it's way into reality.

In fact, we have a MUSTER campaign going on right now to let US Senator Sherrod Brown, from Ohio, know how much we do not agree with his attempt to accomplish on the national level.  The MUSTER system allows any investor from anywhere in the country to notify him personally about their position.  You do NOT have to be an Ohio resident to participate in this, and we are encouraging ALL investors with property in Ohio to act on this!  You are invested in Ohio - not only financially, but with respect to how the free will use of private property will be controlled in the future.  Do not sit back and let this go unanswered!

You can send a quick canned message or customize your own message to Senator Brown and it only takes a few minutes to do.  Here is the link:  https://mstr.app/e8225aef-5311-49d1-b2d6-57ecf61f7aca
