Inventory Up, Prices Down!

The existing home sales numbers just came out. Nationally, inventories rose to 9.6 months! Prices are down .6%. The big segment of gimmick loan resets haven't even occurred yet! We've got a L O N G way to go in this downturn! This will provide an unprecedented opportunity for those that know what they're doing.
