💲Tariffs and Denver housing market....🏡

Normally I stay out of national headlines, and only focus on local housing data/updates/etc.

However, the reciprocal tariffs, the elephant in the room, have to be discussed. 🐘

There is much uncertainty across the board. Uncertainty breeds fear, which keeps people on the sidelines, especially when buying.

ADVICE: instead of going down a rabbit hole of what if scenarios, now more than ever, speak to a local expert that tracks daily numbers, sees local trends, and that can put together a game plan on whatever your buying or selling goal is and how to navigate these waters. 🫡

With all of that said, I smell opportunity for investors....
