✅ Kroenke Sports & Entertainment has filed concept plans for the first vertical development tied to the 55-acre Ball Arena master plan.
✅ The Phase 1A site includes four new buildings: a performance venue, a hotel, and two residential towers; each connected by a shared second-level promenade.
✅ A single underground parking garage will support residential, retail, hotel, and entertainment uses throughout the block.
Plans are now under review with the City of Denver. 🌆
Investors wouldn’t be continuing to dump money into projects like this if they weren’t bullish on Denver and its real estate and development over the long term....exciting stuff! 😀💰
