Mixed-use project in Kyle moves forward with new developer

A 99-acre, mixed-use development in east Kyle is moving forward with a new developer, ATX Capital which has taken over what's now being called CityPoint Kyle — previously known as "Project Sahara". It will have 80 buildable acres will have 13 acres of retail, 48 acres for a single-family garden home district and 28 acres of apartments
