Investors, what’s making you cautious right now?

With how inventory’s been and buyers getting pickier, it feels like not every deal is moving the way it used to.

Some properties are sitting longer unless everything lines up just right.

Because of that, I’ve been seeing deals that should work still get passed on.

Seems like everyone’s got one area they’re tighter on right now.

Some don’t trust the exit timing.
Some are more strict on finishes.
Others are just tighter on margin.

What's been the biggest thing making you guys cautious lately?

The market 'feels' weak to me (generally). That will keep a lot of people sitting on the sidelines....But also a good time to buy and fix.
