Subsidized housing and economy
Hi everyone, wanted to discuss about what's the effect on subsidized housing programs such as section 8 if the economy goes into a depression. Do you guys think the government will cut back on funding for these programs or increase funding? Many of my units are occupied by tenants recieving assistance and I'm interested in hearing what the biggerpockets community has to say!
