Zillow Will Soon Provide Zestimates for Rentals

I read today that Zillow.com will be adding a new feature that will allow users to search for rent estimates for millions of homes in its database.

Zillow's numbers are often off the mark for property values. Can only hope rental zestimates will be better.

Could be very handy.
