Corona virus and rent payments

I’m beginning to get messages from tenants who are in the service industry that have been laid off due to corona virus and can’t pay rent. Any suggestions on how to address this issue.

I'm in Ohio also.  Going to be a wild ride.  Gov passed legislation so these employees can get unemployment without the usual waiting period- so make sure to hold their feet to the fire so to speak.  Grace but don't be too soft hearted - we don't run non-profits.
