ASAP: In response to the coronavirus pandemic, all rental property owners should contact their local and state rental property owner associations.  Urge them to work for relief from mortgages, property taxes, insurance, and other costs if income stops coming in.

Many property owners have been paying property taxes for a long time with little in return.

Now is the time for the government to give back a little of what you have given them.

NYC landlord association has started discussions with gov. reps.  Everyone should do their part to express concerns and the relief that can be offered.
