Hey BP,

How is the Birmingham AL real estate market? Looking to learn more about the good bad and ugly of the area. Currently working on the road and at a site here in the area, Birmingham seems to be a GREAT spot. It would great to hear local investors experience with Birmingham. And on a side note hear how the market is faring with the COVID19 shake up?
