Where Do You Get Your Real Estate Analytics & News?
For those of you who are successfully navigating the REI world, I think it would be helpful to understand where you are getting your data and analytics?
Is it strictly from the MLS? Is your realtor running reports? Do you rely on the NAR reports? Is there a source like AZBigMedia or Phoenix Business Journal in your market that you use to gauge market movement? Are you a RealPage subscriber? Inman?
