Financing Options for Extra Lot

I've found a beautiful multi unit in Bay Area that has an extra lot next to it. The lot has a different parcel number so the bank won't issue a loan for it. I don't have enough to buy the lot by cash (even small lot isn't affordable in my area). What do you guys suggest on the financing option? I'm going with FHA for the multi unit.
