Looking for Hedge Funds
I'm just curious to know if there any Hedge Funds, acquiring real estate in DFW?What would be the best way to connect with them as a wholesaler?

Hedge funds want to buy 10 to 20 properties at a time. The onsey twosey isn't all that interesting to them.
The way to find who is buying large numbers of properties in your area is by going to the assessor's website and start digging around. Any owner that is a not a person is worth checking into (LLC, Corp., LLP, ) like
15 UP-VW ENTS LLC, ABUNDANT LIFE VENTURES LLC, CANDALE PROP INVS LLC, CLEAR WATER EQUITY PARTNERS, AH4R PROPERTIES TWO LLC, BELL VENTURES INC, CAH 2015-1 BORROWER LLC
Are all likely candidates because they each have 8 to 20 recent purchases of properties in their name.
