Where is Joe Kaiser?

I had some of Kaiser's stuff on foreclosures and investing. But I see nothing current. His old websites seem to be offline.

Did he leave the business entirely?

he was a legend in the Northwest and WA specifically..  also changed the TAX sale overage business a bunch..
