Linear vs cashflow market...how to find and analyze
Hi all! I've been reading and researching about long distance REI. I'm in Washington state and would like to invest in another market. That being said, I'm having a hard time narrowing down the market area. I have my 'why' and buy and hold strategy nailed down. I'd like to focus on a linear or cashflow market. How do I find these markets and analyze them? Thanks in advance for any help!!
