Fellow wholesaler just wondering if the election will have an impact on fix and flips or the real estate game in general ?

If you're a wholesaler (ie you don't take title) then wouldn't everything just be taxed as income? Not much diff beyond Biden wanting to raise the tax rates on almost everyone.
