2021 Housing Market

Jose Nunez
Posted

Is it just me or has anyone noticed the price increase on homes these last couple months? I'm ready to jump into the multifamily property space in the market but have been thinking whether or not it's a good idea to do so at the moment. This would be my first property, if I do. I guess that's why I may be over thinking things. If anyone with experience with these type of trends can offer their thoughts, I would greatly appreciate every bit of it.

Hi Jose, I think it is a mistake to try to time the market. It does not work for the stock market and - in my opinion - it does not work in the real estate market. If you find the deal that makes financial sense to you, then go for it. Anything else would be overthinking it. Just my 2 cents...
