Finding Chattanooga investments

Anyone here in Chattanooga, TN having issues finding ANYTHING in this crazy market? I've been trying to find a house hack and fixer-upper and have been unsuccessful for the past couple months. I'm ready to get things going!

Well, just pulled a list of over 2k duplexes owned free and clear in Chattanooga. Are you ready to cold call or direct mail? Unfortunately (or fortunately) there aren’t any foreclosures currently but that may be drastically different in the not too distant future. 11 duplexes with liens.

Another approach would be to scrape the for rent add on Zillow, upload them to PropStream via their List Automator add on and then filter the results to duplexes. Then you’ll have a list of motivated landlords looking to rent that may consider selling instead.
