HOT areas with high demand for Self Storage

I am a new investor looking to get into the self-storage investing world. Before I get started I wanted to get some opinions on what you areas are showing a high demand for self storage. I am located in CA, so the closer the better. However, I am extremely flexible and willing to look out of state as well.
