Market Research Tools (Population growth, trends)
Hi there, my wife and I live in Rochester, NY and are wondering what tools you all use for market research other than the census data.
I understand driving neighborhoods to get a feel for the area but I want to know about population growth trends, economic stats, safety, etc to better inform our market selection.
