Coronavirus and Wholesaling

Jonah Korchin
Posted

Hey there,

I am a new wholesaler about to start my business. Unfortunately, I have noticed things moving supremely quickly with the coronavirus that has been concerning me for my new business. HUD suspended foreclosures and rent payments which seems to me like it will make finding motivated sellers even more difficult. It also seems like people are selling less houses. What are the strategies to get around this? and is it a good time to start wholesaling or should I wait till this passes? What types of people would be good to target with the current economic situation?

thanks

At a minimum, now's the time to educate and know your market.

I'm in a big city with lots of micro- R.E. markets, I'll be doing plenty of studying while on lock down.
