HUD & Tax Credit managers.
My niche is SFR and I do some Multi family. I'm working on 400 SFR units that will be funded by HUD loans and Tax Credits. I will probably end-up restricted to 200 units, but 400 would be great. Need experienced managers. Know where to find anyone?
