Anyone with experience using TransUnion Resident Score??

I currently use Credit Score as one of multiple tenant screening questions but recently saw this..TransUnion Resident Score..being talked about. Does anyone that's used this tool have any feedback about whether it's more helpful or relevant than using a traditional Credit Score??   Thanks
